So I did my research and it turns out the 2nd clip is unrelated to the car crash in the 1st clip. The second clip was from 2005 its a woman from Uruguay or Argentina or Spain either of those. People say she's still alive

I was just gonna say that. usually with these vids that show an "aftermath" video right after it's usually complete bullshit. another example is that dude who cliff jumps and hits a rock on accident on the down and then it cuts to some guy in a hospital have the two halves of his head put together by a doctor. but that was proven to be two unrelated clips too.
