As a paramedic I can certainly say the best course of action was definitely to take the kid and shake him around a bunch while screaming. The more shakes the better, honestly.

FR I see many videos where they always do the same thing: neck, spine where they have already been hurt or run over (children or adults) and the first thing they do is shake them, lift them or stretch them moving them, without ( I ) being a paramedic, I know that if you don't know what to do THEN DON'T :marseyfacepalm:

I'm not sure but it kinda seems like it's a molded hat, same material as the brim of a baseball hat since it kinda sponged back into it's normal position instead of breaking or bending.
