nah, he honked and tried to move out of the way and the parent pushed toward the car is what I saw. he also started braking once he saw that the dumb ass parent was pushing the stroller right in front of him. parent should not have been crossing while traffic had the right away

He actually does brake. I agree the driver didn't handle it very well trying to pass on the right side, but the real asshole is pushing the stroller.

If you watch the video again, you'll notice the driver is accelerating at the start of the video, thinking he can get past the stroller on the right if he's fast enough. If you listen, you can hear the engine rev just after the video starts. He brakes only when he realizes he's wrong.
