It appears the biker achieves handstand position for a very brief period.
I can't tell due to crap camera quality, maybe it's just a headstand, or just a back handspring (or a back headspring). But considering the Biker was not only not knocked unconscious but managed to get on his feet, I think the hands or arms were in play.
