Dead people lying on the roads must be so commonplace that other road users just drive on by, without stopping to see if help/first-aid is required. As for that truck driver, he straight murdered that guy, and continued on his merry way. Fucking hell, China has a brass neck boasting to the rest of the world about how they've been civilised the longest than any other nation - nothing civil about their road manners, whatsoever.
