Another accident that could have been prevented, those kids were chilling right at the middle of the parking lot, its VERY common to see cars doing those quick turns in such places, if you look carefully the driver wouldnt have a chance to see them.
Bad parenting at its finest again, or I feel bad for the parents if these kids were entrusted to some mentally challenged person.
