Even so. As a citizen in an overpopulated country they must understand the value of life? I just can't understand seeing that many people seeing a motionless kid in the street and just no one goes to check on him. Definitely not a country I'd want to move to.

that's what i feel too!! like as a human being with some decency, the least you can do is check on the kid. and how did the bus driver not feel the kid getting hit? i get he's small, but it's still something you would feel. i think it's horrible.
