Update: According to preliminary information from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Primorsky Territory, a dump truck was moving from Fokino in the direction of the village of Pavlovsk. The hit-and-run occurred in the area of 99 km of the Artyom-Nakhodka-Vostochny port highway. Two girls aged 8 and 9 were accompanied by their parents. One girl died at the scene, the second was hospitalized in serious condition. The 48-year-old dump truck driver has all the travel documentation available, there are marks of a medic, mechanic, dispatcher.
