On May 21, at about 16:50 in the city of Nefteyugansk, a 35-year-old driver, driving a Honda, moving along Lenin Street, when turning left into a courtyard area, according to preliminary data, did not provide an advantage and allowed a collision with a BMW car driven by a 20-year-old driver.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Honda was killed, the 21-year-old passenger of the BMW was injured.

Speed limit's there for a reason including the ability to take a left-hand turn without getting plowed into by some moron going two or three times the speed limit. Drivers are supposed to see if there's oncoming traffic tho. And speeding or not, Honda is at fault. Shouldn't have made that turn so early
