A car and a motorcycle collided in Truskavets. As a result of the accident, the driver of the motorcycle was killed, and his passenger was injured, the press service of the Traffic Police Department in the Lviv region reported.
The tragic event took place yesterday, June 17, at about 13.35 on Stebnitskaya Street, opposite the house number 39.
According to preliminary information, the driver of the GAZ car, leaving the secondary road, did not miss the Yamaha motorcycle, which was traveling along the main road.
At the wheel of the "two-wheeled" was a 17-year-old resident of Stebnik. The young man was carrying a 22-year-old passenger.
As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist received injuries, from which he died in hospital.
The passenger of the motorcycle was injured. He was hospitalized. The young man was diagnosed with a broken forearm, an open leg fracture and a bruised head.
