A deadly accident involving a motorcycle and a truck occurred on Jalan Raya Gilang, Taman, Sidoarjo on Tuesday (19/3/2024) morning. One person died in this incident.Based on information from AKP Ony Purnomo, Kanit Gakkum Satlantas Polresta Sidoarjo, the incident occurred on Tuesday morning at around 09.35 WIB.
This accident started when the motorcycle number W 3806 NDN driven by MHF (20) resident of Wonoayu, Sidoarjo was traveling from west to east in the left lane.
When he arrived at Jalan Raya Gilang, the victim was hit by a pickup truck whose driver and license plate were unknown.
Then the victim fell in the right lane and was hit by a truck with license plate B 8828 NW driven by S (60) from Driyorejo, Gresik. The victim died at the scene.

The truck driver probably did the right thing by not swerving. Which may have made things much worse for everybody else around.
