Obviously not their fault, but that's why you don't stand at the edge of the sidewalk waiting for the light. Assuming you live somewhere that isn't hell for pedestrians, hit the crossing button, and get the fuck back so some dipshit on their phone doesn't end your life.

Looks to me like the dumbass driver tried to accelerate through the accident, like that will solve things. Threw the other car aside and somehow gained speed? That being said, it was obviously not their fault, but damn, hit the brakes for fucks sake and the pedestrian would be alive.

First, the lady survived.
Second, both car drivers did a mistake.
This is a very stupid intersection. The lane that turns left, and the lane that comes from the opposite side have green light at the same time. So the drivers that want to turn left, have to wait until all the cars from the opposite side leave the intersection.
The grey Corsa (86 years old driver btw) did not have right of way, but still wanted to turn left.
The black BMW (Idk the driver) should've gone slower, and maybe he could've stopped in time.
