Sri Muktsar Sahib, April 1, Nirmal: A major accident took place in Sri Muktsar Sahib. Here an uncontrolled car hit 3 people including an elderly couple . The accident was so terrible that the couple jumped several feet after hitting the car and fell forward. Further, the car also hit a biker and then entered the hospital parking lot.
This incident is near Rajindra Hospital. The CCTV footage of the entire incident has now come out. After the accident, the police are tracing the owner through the car. The injured are being treated at the hospital. The old couple was standing on the roadside waiting for someone. At the same time, a speeding car came and hit the elderly couple directly.
The local people called an ambulance and sent him to the hospital. The life of the elderly couple was saved due to proper treatment. Currently, the biker has been discharged while the elderly couple is undergoing treatment. Muktsar Police has reached the spot and started the operation. CCTV cameras have been taken out. Inquiries are on to trace the car driver. The car owner is being traced from the RTO office. The police say that a case has been registered based on the statements of the injured in the incident. After the driver is caught, appropriate action will be taken as per the rules.
