Young Nathália Silva Lima, aged 28, died after being involved in a collision with a truck on the SE-230 state highway, known as Rota do Sertão. She was riding a motorcycle and the truck was going in the opposite direction. The accident was recorded in the early afternoon of Saturday.
The State Highway Police Battalion (BPRV) reported that the garrison that arrived at the scene found the young woman with several injuries. She was rescued by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) and taken to the hospital, but did not survive. The truck driver received medical attention at the scene of the accident.
