NEW YORK — A horrifying new video shows the moment a pedestrian was ran over twice in Queens on Saturday night.
Dashcam video of the incident shows a white SUV first knock the person over as they crossed the street at the corner of Cypress Avenue & Cooper Avenue. A black truck tailing the white SUV then runs over the pedestrian's head, the footage shows.
Whether the vehicles involved stopped and pulled over following the disturbing accident is unknown.
No further details about the incident or the victim's condition were released at the time of this report. (Won't be hard to assume if you have eyes)

I'd assume, but I'm also confused as to how someone so blind would be allowed on the streets in the first place. The news article provides no additional info sadly.

I was also wondering that, that if you got hit the first thing you'd aim to do would be to get out of the way of oncoming traffic. May have been more than a "touch" though.
