On May 10, 2024 a bus fell into a river in Peterburg, Russia. There were 9 people inside (not 20 as stated earlier).
Only the driver and one passenger survived. 7 people have died.
List of the victims:
Marina Yu. (28);
Elena Sh. (41);
Andrei R. (55);
Aleksey Kh. (72) - originally for Zaporizhzhia, outlived by his daughter Elena;
Tamara Aleksandrovna Gorchakova (72) - lecturer at St. Petersburg State University;
And two other passengers.
List of survivors:
Aleksandr T. (56) - only surviving passenger;
Rakhamatshokh Kurbonov (44) - the driver.
