looks like SUV had blowout (or something), big truck hard braked causing him to swerve into the other lane and flip and maim

The SUV was trying to overtake the truck but cut it too close to oncoming traffic. When he switched back to the correct lane, he clipped the truck causing both to eventually lose control.
