Daiane de Jesus Oliveira, 28, died after being hit and dragged by a car for 70 meters. Security camera footage shows she was assaulted by security guards at the nightclub two minutes earlier. She lay in the street after the altercation, possibly unconscious. The nightclub stated it had fired the security guards involved and would take measures to prevent similar incidents. The PM reported that Oliveira, who was drunk and half naked, tried to enter the nightclub before being stopped and assaulted. According to police, the perpetrator of the attack has fled.

literally!! and it's not like he kept beating her, he just wanted her to stop. my mom was a bad alcoholic (idk about now cause i don't talk to her) but that's how she would act when she gets drunk. and drunk people don't stop. i don't think they should have been fired or any charges pressed on them.

my mom chose to get beat by a man who also put his hands on me, over taking care of her kids. and she doesn't want anything to do with me. my dad tells me she doesn't. i've reached out to her and i get nothing. other people tell her to talk to me, and she doesn't. there's a lot more to it than just being an alcoholic.

it taught me what mom NOT to be and also taught me NOT to use it as an excuse in life. i feel people go through shit and then become shitty and blame their past for it, when in reality YOU don't always have to be a product of your own environment. it's hard, but not impossible.
