Wow! How could someone be so fuckin negligent? At first I thought the bitch mom was sitting down and couldn't get up fast enough. Then I saw more into the video. Then realized she was standing up on her phone and paid no attention to her little crotch goblin running into the road. This was all the moms fault. The kid is too little truly comprehend the dangers of the road. Could of been completely avoidable if she cared more about her kid than her fuckin phone!
