Of course her head got crushed. But, it didn't get smashed to fucking pieces. If it did, she would not have been moving, as you and I have both seen.
Looks like her head got dragged under the tire, but did not get rolled over by it. She got fucking lucky.
You might be on to something, tho. Perhaps her shoulder got crushed, as well, and prevented her head from getting rolled over.
Or whatever. She was alive at the end of this video, which was very fucking lucky. I wouldn't be surprised if she was still alive today.
