Carlos Andrés Dip (43) is arrested 
and charged with aggravated manslaughter.
The victim

Carlos Andrés Dip (43) was charged with manslaughter aggravated by reckless and negligent driving of a motor vehicle 
and with a blood 
alcohol 
level greater than one gram per liter of blood. Prosecutor Marcelo Tavolaro requested that the arrest 
be formalized by the Guarantee Judge, who must respond in the next few hours.
Dip first 
tried to overtake a Peugeot Partner without success, as he hit the left rear part of the car. For this reason, he lost control, crossed 
two lanes and ran over Pablo Ariel Santillán (28), who, due to the violence 
of the crash, flew through the air and crossed 
the guardrail. He fell into the wrong 
direction of the highway and was unintentionally hit by a Toyota Corolla.
Santillán died instantly and at this time the autopsy was being carried out so that the body could be delivered to the family.

even though i'm a bike owner, I rarely use it because of what you said, thats the reality. Still, it's important to note that many accidents where bikers are involved, are not caused by them, but rather others faults (cars, trucks, etc)
