I think that asshole driver might have done MORE damage to that guy by backing up.

Take a look at the position of the bike - and then notice how far the guy backed up, and where the guy laying there is now.

I think the guy was UNDER the car when the guy backed up, possibly rolling him under the car against the ground as he reversed. (Unless a passenger got out to guide the driver that I didn't notice.)
