CHILD WARNING Garbage human being runs over children

In early May 2002, a terrible tragedy occurred on the grounds of a school in Mexico City. Students and their parents attended a national flag-raising ceremony at a local school. Suddenly, the driver of a van standing not far from the schoolchildren turned on the ignition, and the car headed towards the children. They didn't even have time to run away. As a result, two children died on the spot, another 20 people were injured and wounded.

Scary footage of the tragedy: a large group of people is standing on the road, behind them is a gray van. Suddenly, the van accelerates and crashes into the schoolchildren. Two young children get run over and lie on the road in a pool of blood. The rest, having received a blow from the car, were thrown to the sides. Among the victims was a 4-month-old baby.

The driver was detained immediately after the incident. He explained his act by the fact that schoolchildren prevented him from leaving for work

I was sure it was an accident, like pressing accelerator instead of brake... I can't imagine how much of a sicko you have to be to do this on purpose with no remorse.

I know, it's just hard to believe someone makes a conscious decision to do that.
