According to the police, the driver of the Kia Rio car was moving towards the village of Khomutovo and decided to bypass the accident that had occurred shortly before.
Not convinced of the safety of the maneuver, he went to the "counter" and collided with a Nissan Atlas truck.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the sedan died from his injuries before the ambulance arrived. Three people were taken to the hospital with various injuries - a driver and a truck passenger and a Kia passenger.
State traffic inspectors are working at the scene.
