That one hit close to home for me. I was the passenger in a wreck, a long time ago, car about that size, filled up with people. I was in the back passenger-side seat. We almost got t-boned by a big ass dualie truck pulling a horse trailer. We got clipped on the front passenger fender instead, got sent into a deathspin, got hit by ANOTHER vehicle coming from the opposite direction, immediately reversing our spin, the physics of that are...well you can about imagine. Long story short, I was able to walk away from it. I had to pull all the others out of the car, etc etc. The first responders said that had we arrived at that exact point in time and space a split second later, we'd all be dead. So this video seriously felt like a glimpse into what might've been.

Been in a similar situation with my mom. Glad you guys skated by. Being so close to death and beating it is terrifying, and beautiful all at the same time.

looks like t-boned. either lost control, swerved and got hit by opposing traffic in opposite lane, or drove onto freeway from side of the road aggressively then got hit. doesnt look like seatbelts worn by front driver/passenger. driver got smooshed into passenger.

Car accident ones scare the hell out me. 2 years ago, july 7th, i was with my mom heading home, and a truck flew over the grass mound, and corrected into our lane. We were just about to get on the interstate, and just one week before, the passenger seatbelt(my seat) was cut out because my grandpa had been caught in it, lived but mangled my spine. Craziest thing of all, the entire week leading up to it, i just felt like id be in a car accident. Seconds before i saw the truck, my gut dropped. I didnt scream because it was expected. I think the intuition is part of the reason im alive. Im tall, so i managed to put my legs against the dashboard, pressed my spine into the back of the seat, and put my tailbone down as hard as i could. Blocked my face with my two arms, and absorbed the crash. There's more to it but i wont bore anyone. All 4 people in both vehicles lived somehow. I know i shouldn't have.

Not to say youre dumb, but riding in a car with no seatbelt is the dumbest thing you can do. Shouldnt have braced yourself and just ate the shit can

Yeah, i know, pressured by my mom to help her with some things despite the seatbelt not being there drew me into the situation. But agreed, could've been an easy, legendary way out.

damn it! On highways like this, it takes time for paramedics (SAMU) and firefighters to attend. Before the firefighters arrive, the SAMU needs to be present to anesthetize the victim, so the firefighters, with the help of a chainsaw, cut the part of the car that makes the rescue difficult. I think this girl survived

Now that's gonna be a lot of therapy, aw, who am I kidding, they probably don't have the resources for therapy.
