I experienced a similar thing (not near death at all) but I was kind of conscious so I was searching for something cold and trying to be on a "comfortable" position. But this dude wanted to help me by flipping me around to put me on a special position or whatever. I felt so bad and wanted him to stop cause he was ruining everything I've made to make myself feel better, but yeah. Good ending I'm alright.
