Happened on May 24, 2015, around 7:40 am on route Perm-Yekaterinburg
36 years old driver of Toyota Highlander started overtaking two cars in heavy rain. While on the opposite lane he crashed head on into VAZ-2112. Three people died - 28 years old VAZ driver and two VAZ passengers aged 40 and 34 (34 years old died in the hospital). Four people were injured - 29 years old VAZ passenger and three Toyota passengers aged 34 (drivers wife), 6 (drivers son) and 5 (drivers daughter).
Toyota driver was not injured.
I'm not sure if this was an accident.

Probably drunk. This is extremely common- drunk drivers will wreck into someone else, kill every other person on impact, and the drunk bastard will walk away pretty much unhurt.
