She had a lot of problems. There were actually 3 in the car. Herself, her little sister and her sisters friend. Jacqueline, the dead one, was unbelted in the back seat. Her sister was very intoxicated. She is in prison. Her parents lost both kids. Her sisters friend survived with minor injuries. I think shaking her around was shock, though, but after she showed little true remorse

I think she got like 2 years for this, I'd confirm but I can't remember her name.
EDIT: Her name is Obdulia Sanchez. I don't know where I got the 2 year sentence from. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI, so she's definitely drunk.

Actually she was sentenced to 6 years in prison in February of 2018 and has since been released on parole early.
