It has always been known that the responsibility lies with the driver. It is crucial that you take responsibility for driving at a safe and reasonable speed. Especially in residential areas and near parked cars and children's play areas. Children will most likely run out from between cars looking for a ball or just playing. We must remember that children are not required to know traffic laws, since they are children. However, parents also share the responsibility if they do not take proper care of their children. However, a good driver will always avoid any hit-and-run situation.
