Edit: after reading news article I'm atleast thankful they all survived. The one who flew off the stroller though clearly has suffered the most injuries and it's still annoyingly sad how dumb the father is and how his kid will pay for it for the rest of their lives. They most likely just turned onto that road and were getting up to the speed limit which would explain the constant acceleration from the very start of the clip. In mph they were doing 42 at most when they hit the stroller.
