It appears that the man lying on the ground MAY BE the brother of the girl in pink jacket, i think so because she says "братик" (bratik) which means brother.
The "b" in bratik is not pronounced clearly, so she might be saying his name "Ratik" or "Radik" (short for Radislav or Radion i dunno), not much can be deducted from what is said.
I'm a bit surprised that no one ran out to help or something even tho there's minimum 2 extra people lmao, and i think the 2nd theory is more likely to be true.
