Curious about the fatalities, that one girl moved towards the end and I swear I saw the guy move too.

The back passenger is/was alive.I watched it a few times. IMO, As a nurse, I would’ve started some beginning aid. But,I couldn’t really tell with the driver.

I've always been curious if healthcare professionals traversed WPD or other gore sites, do you find that you're not as phased by these things because you work in healthcare?

Personally no. I think it’s helpful to know how people get into the situations we treat

I work in healthcare (not working right now due to health condition.) The job is mostly related directly to death as I work in palliative care. It's a very sobering experience when someone you have looked after all day every day passes away. Usually it's peacefully as the majority are doped up and rightly so. I am absolutely not phased by these videos, I was raised by someone that desensitized me towards death from the age of 4 too.

that's what I saw too, though it might have been shaking of the car that caused it
