Which shithole was this? They seem to think jerking a person off the ground and rushing them to the hospital is better than waiting for an ambulance. Maybe they don't have decent ambulance response there?

I trust that most of you watching this video know that someone who has just been completely run over by a car might have neck or spinal injuries that mean you DON'T move them - and you don't bounce them around in your arms after you pick them up.

She probably also had a bunch of broken ribs.
