The fatal accident happened on Sunday 13th, Caucaia, in Fortaleza.
The victim was named as João Ingrisson Diógenes do Nascimento, aged just twenty eight years old, was traveling at over 200 km/h and was being recorded by a fellow biker on the CE-085 highway. João travels along the road when a white car enters the highway. He desperately tried to brake, but was going too fast. With the impact, João Ingrisson spun in the air like a ragdoll and was thrown for several metres, until he fell to the tarmac.
SAMU and highway police were called to the scene of the accident, João was unconscious but stabilized enough to be rushed to hospital with serious injuries. He died the following day.
João had a passion for motorbikes, the young man used to post about his admiration for high-capacity motorcycles and was part of motorcycle groups on social media sites. In the most recent post, he appeared with a motorcycle model that can exceed 200 km / h.
His family are awaiting his body to be released after autopsy is performed so they can bury him.

Nothing he really could've done, easier said then done to slow down at 200 when a car pulls out infront of you but you do have a point this could've been avoided if they didn't go 200

Exactly. You can't blame a car for making a turn while they're assuming that an oncoming vehicle is travelling at a speed even remotely close to the posted limit. Ah well. His friend is lucky that the debris didn't kill/cripple him as well.

For real, save going 200 for a track not for the streets where your going to end up killing someone, hope whoever was in the car was okay.

Most accidents and most deaths in general require an autopsy/necropsy to determine the actual cause of death. If a vehicle collision (as in this case and using it as a fine example) drugs, alcohol, underlying health issues, along with all other injuries will need be thoroughly investigated and noted.
Even if the family are sure he suffered a heart attack for instance, it still will need to be investigated via an in depth autopsy.
All medical history will already be available but health can alter quickly, plus if as an example, he'd had taken substances, including alcohol (as mentioned above) they'll need to know what medication, if any, had been taken prior to the accident. Also, road conditions, was there ice, or rainwater, to potholes or any other spillage. The vehicle (bike in this case) will also be checked over for mechanical issues, and investigations into whether was the rider at a constant speed or a sudden rev up.
All to get to the root cause of death and whether a preventable accident or misadventure.

You might notice the brakes of the crashed bike going on and off quickly. I assume his ABS brakes were automatically going on and off to maintain optimal braking power.
