The driver of a Porsche Cayenne drove into the oncoming lane where he collided with a Mitsubishi Lancer. An 81-year-old man who was driving a Mitsubishi and his 80-year-old companion died on the spot. As it turned out later, the 39-year-old driver of the Porsche Cayenne was drunk.

i think this crash kinda was both part fault. look the mitsubishi is not even on his lane he is middle of the damn road occupying both lanes.
The drunk guy was in the middle too but had a slow reaction but steered a bit to the right before the crash happened.
If the drunk guy was not drunk he wouldve swerved to the side or just keept his lane, i would say both are wrong lol
