Yeah, it looks that way, I mean, let's say worse case scenario the car was coming in speeding behind him and he had to move, he should have gone to the right lane, once the bikes stop you can see it was pretty empty and he could have gone, but it looks like he was trying to pass it on the outside, in oncoming traffic…

So the video is from romania and basically what happend is that the biker made this stupid move wich ended up killing him, after the bikers came to see what happend the woman said "quick call the police" and after the bikers looked for the guy wich crashed they said "no he's finished he is cut in half" and the woman started to panic and cry and the bikers told her that it is not her fault and that she should rest herself and calm down.
