I dont know, from what we can see it doesn't look like any his vital organs have spilled out, his one leg , pelvis and possible lower intestines are fucked, but you can live without them. The man needs to be headed to a trama center, like 5 minutes ago.
Also I have no clue where this is and what the standard of care, but ifnhe was in the a fully developed nation with modern equipment and techniques he might have a chance at survival.

One thing I gather from watching videos like this is that we're sometimes given the chance to bring comfort to somebody in their final moments. Even if help arrived quickly, this person probably did not make it. The least somebody could do is hold her hand and let her know that she isn't alone.
