Oh trust me we have the laws and that too way too specific for even the tiniest of details but the enforcement is mainly done for collecting fines by our corrupt as fuck egomaniac motor vehicle departments(yes s every state has one each competing with other to be the most corrupt ever) one tragedy later the pricks will enforce all rules for safety as an eyewash to cover up their pathetic vigilance for a few days till the heat of the tragedy goes away and then again back to milking fines from the public until next tragedy occurs it's FUBAR oh and not exonerating the drivers either we have 5% rule followers barely and occasionally rule breakers the same 5% the rest drivers doesn't give a shit about safety either theirs or others hence the war of words in our traffic and excessive use of horns to warn the fuckers to move out of the way if they can't bloody drive properly 😂

MYSURU: Nine members of a family from Ballari in Karnataka, returning to Mysuru after a sightseeing trip, died when their hired SUV shot out of the lane and crashed into a private bus on a state highway on Monday afternoon.
The SUV driver, who was from Srirangapatna in Mandya district, also died in the accident.
Three others travelling in the SUV were admitted to Mysuru's KR Hospital. One of them, who suffered grievous head injuries, is battling for life, according to police. The dead included three children.
Mysuru superintendent of police Seema Latkar told TOI that the 13 people travelling by the SUV were scheduled to board the Hampi Express in the evening to return to Ballari.
The bus dashcam footage revealed the accident occurred at 2.09 pm on a steep curve. The SUV driver may have lost control while negotiating the curve and rammed into the bus, coming from the opposite direction. A few bus passengers sustained minor injuries.
Chief minister Siddaramaiah announced a compensation of Rs 2 lakh each to the family of the deceased and directed the Mysuru deputy commissioner to ensure that the injured receive proper treatment.
