TA 29-year-old woman from the Mainland was hit by a private car while jaywalking on Avenida Almeida Ribeiro. The woman had to be taken to hospital for emergency treatment. She was fined by the Public Security Police for jaywalking.

The accident happened at around 6pm. Paramedics said the victim suffered abrasions on her hands and a bruise on her left chest. She was conscious and stable and was taken to hospital by her family. No one in the private car was injured. The driver passed a breathalyser test, according to the Public Security Police.

Kaique was murdered upon disembarking at the Parauapebas bus terminal , on February 27th of this year. He was 24 years old and worked at a private school in the city.

According to the Pará police, the teacher was near an ATM when a man approached and fired several shots at him.

Investigations showed that the person arrested this Friday is suspected of being the person who appears in the images recorded by the terminal's monitoring camera . The record shows the moment the victim is shot.
