Edit: Do I think it's "murder"? Not in the strictest sense of premeditated cold-blooded killing. But he was responsible for them being placed in an (obviously) extremely dangerous situation and it was his call to run the set. Negligent Homicide is usually for situations where you might not necessarily know something could kill someone. He knew it was dangerous and his professionals on set told him so multiple times. That's borderline. As to the producers? yeah, they do bear some blame, but they're trusting their hired professional to do his job right and safely. The reality is, no one got much more than a stern talking to regarding this tragedy. But remember that three people lost their lives in a stunt which could have been done much more safely, all for a shot that you would have probably never noticed as being staged. But instead we now have it here in WPD. And for that, John Landis, we thank you

I believe it was a facebook livestream where black man walks up to old black man walking on side walk and pulls out a gun. Apparently she broke up with him or cheated on him, anyways he tells to the older black man and saids "she made me do this" and the older man is like "please don't shoot me". He get shot and the black man repeats "she made me do it it's her fault"
