Previously, at about 3:00 p.m. on October 17, on Tran Hung Dao Street, Bac Ninh City, a woman was stabbed many times with a knife and died on the spot. The victim was identified as NTP (born 1996, hometown Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen).

After committing the crime, the suspect left the scene.Receiving the news, Bac Ninh City Police coordinated with professional units of Bac Ninh Provincial Police to examine the scene, investigate the cause and organize the arrest of the suspect.
