On Sunday afternoon. April 28, 2024, a case of suicide was recorded on one of the access bridges to Guaíba, in Porto Alegre.

According to preliminary information, the victim was a man, who had jumped from the bridge at around 2 pm. Fire Department and SAMU teams were called, but the victim did not survive his injuries.

The Civil Police are investigating the circumstances of what happened. There is no information about the identity of the victim or the reasons that led to the suicide.

I've had this little tune in my head for probably a month now. Not identical obviously, but it's pretty close to what I was going for. I used Chromium soundfont's Bowed Glass for the focus, and a heavily modified Organ from Hot Wheels Velocity X. Static and clipping sound effects downloaded from Pixabay.

I also compiled a version without static, and another with no effects whatsoever.

Hey guys!! Coming at you with a late night dose of some gore and metal for you, this time coming in the form of Philadelphia USA's very own, Pissgrave. This four man unit of death metal brutality has captivated myself and fellow metalheads alike since their creation in 2013. Known for their raw, dirty sound, use of real gore in their album art, and genuinely horrible release/tour schedule, this band is sure to add a very particular flavor to any playlist or even better yet, family gathering you could possibly think of! Debuting in 2013 with a self titled demo, this band wasted no time shattering the gates and letting their harsh, dreadful and at times almost demonic sound and presence be known. Garnering much controversy right at the start for their (perceptively) extreme cover art, pictured below.

Almost all of pissgraves releases feature some form of extreme gore, excluding only those used for commercially accessible releases. Our featured album today, “Suicide Euphoria” also features some quite gruesome album art, keen eyed gore connoisseurs may even recognize the image as belonging to a thread shared around the internet for many years now, regarding a young woman found dead from suicide in her bathtub, even gaining something of a nickname over time, “Soup Girl”. The woman mentioned was found in an extreme state of decomposition, having passed away in a bathtub with water already drawn. This caused her to essentially melt into the water/bathtub, with almost her entire body wasting away or outright falling off in some manner or another.

With subject matter like this to go off of, its no surprise that Pissgrave has become well known for its shocking imagery and brutal sound, the men responsible for this collection of brutality go by the names…

A court in Latehar on December 21, 2018 awarded life term to eight men convicted in a case related to killing and hanging of two persons, including a minor, in March 2016.

The court of First Class Judicial Magistrate Rishikesh Kumar pronounced the sentence and slapped a fine of ₹25,000 on each of them, public prosecutor Balram Prasad said. In case of default or non-payment of fine, he said, the convicts would have to spend one more year in prison.

Majlum Ansari (32), a cattle trader, and Imitiaz Khan (12) were found hanging from a tree between Jhabar and Chetan areas under Balumath police station limits on March 17, 2016. They were reportedly taking their cattle to a village fair for sale when they were attacked. The police had said that they were beaten to death and then hanged from the tree.

Five men — Manoj Sahu, Pramod Sao, Awadhesh Sao, Mithilesh Sao alias Banti and Manoj Kumar Sao — were arrested shortly after the incident. The remaining three — Arun Sao, Sahadev Soni and Bishal Tiwari — had surrendered before a local court later.

The incident occurred in Ponta Grossa, Paraná state. Local media reported that a 56-year-old worker was accidentally killed during a paving project. The deceased's name was Davi José da Silva Lima. He was an employee of an engineering company. He was commissioned by the city government to outsource a paving project in the city and was repairing the asphalt paving joints at the corner of the street.
