Honestly one of the best things to do for a spinal injury is jiggle them around a bunch (this will make the brain know there's an injury and to form new neuropathways).
By yelling and screaming all around it will also activate her brain to begin growing those new spinal connections.

Im a Certified spineologist and can say that this is 100% true. The worst thing you can do in this situation is let her lay like that, it's gonna cause long term brain damage without proper realignment from juggling her around.
