By the looks of it in the video (along with the lack of help by his "friends") it doesn't look so good.

Allergic reaction to something. Probably some heavy metals.

This is not an overdose. This guy is going straight to hell and is puking blood. He had a very hard muscle seizure that rips something open in this lungs or his neck. Even with a serious cannabinoid overdose this would not be you symptoms.
