crushed my pinky toe between a 1 inch high door sill made of stone. had to step up over it, as i did that i was pulling the door close at the same time. heard the crunch. sounded different than normal sound of stubbing ur toe. turned dark purple, for awhile, took like 3 months before i could do normal jumping jacks and not feel anything. my nail fell off for like more than a year. it grew back really thick at first. seems normal thickness now. years later, still doesnt bend anymore. i googled it and google said it normally heals by itself in about 7 weeks. took a bit longer. on reflection, perhaps i should have seen a doctor.
