Going to the gym actually surprised me. My mood, my sex drive, my outlook, my appreciation for the little things. All of it improved. I can't currently go to the gym (health issue) and I can see a drastic difference in my mental health. And I'm no gym rat.

A lot of us have real empathy, even tho it might seem strange on a site like this. Sure sometimes I watch just to watch but I generally use what I see to prevent death. I don't like people dying horrible deaths or want anyone to kill themselves but I can at least try to help where I can. Even if it's just to say "you matter" or "you're not alone". Hell it'll come in handy if I ever have a kid. I can hopefully avoid a lot of the terrible shit that can happen to kids that people just don't really talk about.
