Elin Krantz was a 27-year old woman who lived in Göteborg, Sweden. On the 26th of September 2010 Elin was on a night out partying at nightclubs and such. After leaving the nightclub she decided to make her way home by taking a tram at Hisingen in Göteborg. The arrived at her destination and when she left it was the last time she was seen alive. A large search effort was started to find Elin. During the search effort her ID together with some clothes was found in a garbage bin close to the location of her disappearance. Two days after she disappeared a body was found in a small wooded area inside of Göteborg. The body was identified as Elin Krantz. It was determined that she had been raped before being killed on the same day as her disappearance. An Investigation was started by the police to find Elins killer.
