Those dogs are just fucking with him having fun. It's hard to say that the bull "attacked" the dogs. They pissed him off and he defended himself. I had dogs the used to go down the road to fuck with the buffalo and bulls. One finally got gored (he healed pretty fast) but he learned his lesson.
