Those dogs are just fucking with him having fun. It's hard to say that the bull "attacked" the dogs. They pissed him off and he defended himself. I had dogs the used to go down the road to fuck with the buffalo and bulls. One finally got gored (he healed pretty fast) but he learned his lesson. Dogs just like messing with animals they can outrun and/or outmanuever.
