A booby trap may be defined as any concealed or camouflaged device designed to cause bodily injury when triggered by any action of a person making contact with the device. This term includes guns, ammunition, or explosive devices attached to trip wires or other triggering mechanisms, sharpened stakes, nails, spikes, electrical devices, lines or wires with hooks attached, and devices for the production of toxic fumes or gases.
Dogs don’t fall under that definition, therefore dogs are not booby traps.

The kid trespassed. Doesn't matter if the dogs are vicious or not when they are on the owner's property. This is bad parenting, plain and simple. Kid should not have been unsupervised.

Last time I checked you're not allowed to hand out the death penalty for the crime of trespassing. Kids go outside and trespass. They play tag and move through people's properties. A kid being outside unsupervised does not equal bad paranting.

Depends on where it is. In places which respect property rights you can shoot people for trespassing and you're certainly allowed to let your guard dogs run free and defend your territory.

Will those dogs be executed ? Just curious what's gonna happen to those dogs. In my country, there was a case where the pitbull's in chained, a kid wandering close to the dog 's cage and got killed. The kid died in hospital, the dog was shot dead no longer after. I think the parents deserve that shot, not the dog, for not watching their kid
